Return order

We always want the best for our customers. Therefore, products can be returned within 14 days after delivery of your order. However, all products must be packaged in proper and original condition to accept return. If your order is still returned to us without all original packaging or damage or the like, your refund or exchange will not be processed by us.

* Before you want to return your product, it is necessary to first contact customerservice@elevn-jewellery.com. If we have not received an email and/or return instructions are not maintained, your return will not be accepted.

Please note: We do not accept returns for solid gold or custom products as they are personalised. Additionally, returns are at your own expense and are non-refundable by Elevn Jewelery.

**To ensure we continue to provide our customers with the best deals and service, during Black Friday and other holidays we will only accept returns in exchange for store credit or an exchange for another product of the same price. This policy allows us to continually provide our customers with attractive offers, while maintaining the quality and value of our products.

If we have made a mistake during shipping, such as a wrong product, Elevn Jewelery will refund the return shipping.

If you decide to return your products within 14 days, we kindly request that you contact us here. We aim to send you return instructions within 24 hours. Before you want to return the product, it must of course comply with the return policy.

Cancel your order

Unfortunately, it is not possible to cancel ordered items after you have placed your order. If you do not want the products. Then you can go through the returns process just like everyone else to still return the products.
