Returns and refunds

You can return products within 14 days of delivery. Please e-mail us at klantenservice@elevn-jewellery.com with your order number and we will send you the return instructions, usually within 24 hours. You can also follow the steps on our returns page.

Please return the products complete and, where possible, in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are paid by you. If we made a mistake, for example by sending the wrong product, we will pay for the return.

Orders are processed quickly, so we cannot change or cancel an order once it has been placed. You can still return it using your right of withdrawal.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods. If you ordered several goods in one order that are delivered separately, the period expires 14 days after you, or a third party indicated by you, acquire physical possession of the last good.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Cache & Carrie Limited, Unit 2904-05, 29/F, Universal Trade Centre, 3 Arbuthnot Road, Central, Hong Kong, e-mail: klantenservice@elevn-jewellery.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. an e-mail). You may use the model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us, to:

The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalised, such as engraved or made-to-order jewellery.

Lifetime warranty

Your jewellery is made to last. But accidents happen, so every piece comes with a lifetime warranty against accidental damage. Broken a chain or damaged a bracelet? E-mail us and we will help.

The lifetime warranty covers accidental damage only. It does not cover jewellery that is lost, stolen or damaged by a third party. Costs such as shipping may apply. This voluntary warranty is in addition to your statutory warranty rights, which remain unaffected.
