For all orders placed in the Netherlands and Belgium on a working day before 10:30 PM, we aim to deliver them the next day, depending on PostNL. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be delivered on Tuesday.
For orders outside the Netherlands and Belgium, we aim to deliver within 2-5 working days. During promotional periods, shipping and return costs will not be reimbursed.
Returns:
If you wish to return a product, we kindly request that you contact customerservice@elevn-jewellery.com. You will receive the return instructions you need within 24 hours.
You can return your product within 14 days after placing the order. Please note that returned products must meet the return conditions, such as no signs of use, presence of all cards and accessories, and intact packaging.
