Exchanges and returns

We always want the best for our customers. Therefore, products can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery, provided they meet our return conditions.

Return conditions

  • Packaging: The products must, as far as possible, be returned in the original packaging or with packaging material of comparable quality. Items that are damaged, worn, washed, mutilated or soiled will not be accepted.

  • Term: Orders that fall outside the 14-day return period will not be processed.

  • Exceptions: Items purchased during promotions such as Black Friday, Cyber ​​Monday or 1+1 free cannot be returned for money, but can only be exchanged.

  • Cost: The costs of return shipping are for the customer.

How do you return?

  1. Click on the following link: Returns portal.

  2. Enter your email address and order number. Add a hashtag (#) before your order number if it doesn't work.

  3. Download and print the return form and shipping label. Add this to your return shipment.

How do you trade?

  1. Click on the following link: Returns portal.

  2. Enter your email address and order number. Insert a hashtag (#) before your order number. (for example: #52200)

  3. Under "comment" enter what you want to exchange it for. (For example: "I want to exchange this for: Rope bracelet 3mm (silver) 17.5cm")
    Please be clear about this because we have many different items.
  4. You download the return form and print it out. Please include this with the shipment. 
  5. Now you can buy a return stamp yourself from PostNL or DHL. This is because it is at your own expense. (postnl.nl costs €4.25, letterbox package.)

If you have any questions about the above steps, you can always contact us at: klantenservice@elevn-jewellery.nl. The purchase amount will be refunded within 14-21 days after receipt of the return, provided the return meets our conditions.

Solid gold or custom products

Returns are not possible for personalized products, such as solid gold items or custom jewelry.

Incorrect deliveries

If we have made a mistake during shipping (for example a wrong product), we will reimburse the costs of return shipping.

Cancel order

Unfortunately, it is not possible to cancel an order after it has been placed. If you do not want to keep the products, you can use our returns process.

Pay attention to promotions

During special periods such as Black Friday, Cyber ​​Monday and promotions such as 1+1 free, we do not offer money back. Items purchased during these periods can only be exchanged provided they meet the return conditions.
