For men:

Start at 7” for small/medium wrists, 8” for medium/big wrists.

For women:

Typically start at 6” and up to 8” for bigger wrists.

If you are unsure, complete these steps to know your exact size;

Step 1

 Crab something like tape, wire or a string

Step 2

Wrap the tape/wire/string around your wrist and write down a mark

Step 3

Place the marked tape/wire/string next to a ruler and you will see your wrist size
