Stap 1
Pak een touwtje, stukje tape of iets anders wat je om je pols kan doen.
Stap 2
Doe het stukje tape om je pols heen en teken een streepje op het stukje tape.
Step 3
Meet vervolgens het verschil tussen beide punten om jouw ideale maat te weten.
